Please note that itineraries older than one week will be permanently deleted from our cloud database. This process is automatic and irreversible.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request". Ensure you include the following details for verification:

• Your registered email address
• Your full name
• Any additional identifying details to locate your account

Processing Time

Your request will be processed within 7-14 business days. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes

• Data deletion is irreversible and will remove all your stored information.
• Itineraries older than one week are deleted automatically and cannot be restored.
• Some data may be retained for legal or security reasons.
